During the latter part of my student years, I began teaching part-time at an established Helen O’Grady Drama Academy and quickly mastered the unique Helen O’Grady Drama System. I developed a love for the Academy and its curriculum, and soon I found myself in the position to be able to launch my very own branch!

Since 2008, I have led the Helen O’Grady Drama Academy in Jo’burg North West, combining my academic expertise with a heartfelt dedication to personal growth. I hold a BA (Hons) in Drama & Performance Studies, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education – the perfect combination to guide my students through our developmental drama programme.

As the mother of three confident children, I understand the importance of nurturing clear, expressive communication skills in young people. Building confidence isn’t about changing who you are; it’s about giving people the tools to their natural flair while remaining authentically themselves. I believe passionately that every individual deserves to be heard and empowered to take up their space in the world.
